As we forgive those who trespass against us, Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from EGO. I have learned that the acronym of EGO means Edging God Out. I have also learned by a Lakota Sioux brother that it's okay to ask Creator to take food off of our plate if we are too overwhelmed. I have done that more often than not and received peace and rest when I make this simple request

Peace..love..and blessings to you all!!

Powerful article, thanks for sharing!

I just want to add ( if you don't mind) there was a comment below the article that struck me, "When's the last time you spent ten years trying to approach mastery of a craft? Victory through thinking rather than strength?"

We, too often, want immediate results. What if we approached life in the same manner? Taking the time to master our lives, rather than have our basic wants and desires rule? But then again, it all comes back to leaving your ego at the door...

Leave your ego at the door... (by Seth Levine)

"I think it's often true in business that we are reluctant to try new things. To leave our comfort zones and branch out to new area. And - perhaps most importantly - ask for help. In business (and in life), its extremely hard to leave truly leave your ego at the door. But think about how much more we'd get done if we did..."
